To determine the exact size, we request you to manually measure the widest portion of the abdomen (from the navel point) and chest (from the nipple point) circumference, also your hips and waist with a standard measuring tape, and compare the inches mentioned on the size chart.
Please do not select the size based on the fitting of your shirt/t-shirt size.

It seems that you have only shared one measurement value. In order for us to recommend the most appropriate size which would maximize compression and comfort, we require you to share the measurements
for your chest (from the nipple) and your waist (from the navel). We recommend you to go ahead with the area measured as the largest between the two for better comfort as well as compression.

For example - If you chest measures 42 inches and your waist measures 46 inches, we would the recommend you to go ahead with 2XL (based from our size chart) as the correct size.

NOTE: Please do not select sizes based on your Shirt/T-Shirt or Jeans/Trousers as shapewear are tight fitting garments and hence require exact body measurements.
